Automotive Key Cutting Services and Pricing

At the time of service, the vehicle owner must be present and have valid ID that matches the vehicles registration and licensing information. An NAFT-D1 form must be filled out if we will be originating a new key from the VIN and registration information. Payment must be made at the time of service.

If for any reason the service cannot be fully completed with working key during the initial service outing, no charge will be requested at that time. If a second service appointment is required due to inventory or equipment shortage, payment will be requested at the time the service is completed.

If unique inventory is requested (unusual key or FOB or key not in common stock), a deposit may be requested to place the order for the inventory.

Our key programming machines are modern and updated frequently. This does not mean that every car can be programmed without issue. In some cases a lock can’t be pulled or decoded, the programmer won’t pull a pin needed to enter the programming mode of the vehicle. For instances like this we are members of NASTF which allow us to gather this information when / as needed via VIN number and other information. There is a cost per use on our end so we need to include this in the bill. To pull this information via NASTF we also require additional information from you. This will be a copy of vehicle ownership and drivers license as well as full contact information.
