Lockout Service Details

The property owner must be present at the time of the lockout service with a valid photo ID. If the owner is not able to be present, the person requesting the lockout service must prove consent of lockout service and present valid photo ID at the time of service.

A work order and consent/release form must be filled out prior to the lockout service being rendered.

Payment must be made at the time of the service. Prices discussed are amounts paid + tax. There are no extra or hidden fees.
